Order Support
For questions about an existing order, shipping, or returns, please
include your order number when contacting us at info@berniture.com.

Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Berniture account and all associated
personal data, email info@berniture.com with "Account Deletion
Request" in the subject line, sent from your registered email
address. We will process your request within 30 business days.

Order records and invoices may be retained for a limited period as
required by applicable tax and accounting regulations in Egypt even after account deletion.
